SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at David Cappella Cultural Designs. We are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-sale items, we accept returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are in new, unused, and resaleable condition. Please note that exchanges will incur shipping charges. Once we process your return, you will receive store credit via email. This store credit can only be used for phone orders and must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.

Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed. Similarly, items marked as sale or permanently reduced are final and cannot be returned.

To return or exchange an item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact us at [your email], providing your invoice number, shipment tracking number, and reason for the return or exchange. We will email you an RMA number within 24 hours. Ensure that your return package includes the RMA number on the outside.

Returns sent without an RMA number or COD will be rejected by our warehouse. We recommend using an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and keeping your receipt for security. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please be aware that some of our products may show slight variations in color or texture due to their handmade nature. These unique differences are part of what makes each item special.
